She began her professional career working for a Big 6 accounting firm, and later transitioned to real estate in her role as a real estate internal auditor for a major financial services company. Fast forward to today, she now has her broker's license and is a well trusted real estate adviser in the Katy/ Houston area. Born and raised in Florida, Kristy graduated from Wake Forest University in North Carolina and moved to Houston in 1994. In the early 2000's, she lived a short time overseas with her husband and children before moving to Katy in 2005. She is also an active volunteer with her daughter through National Charity League. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

David Limerick is a proud Texan hailing from Houston and raised in Katy. As a graduate of Texas A&M University, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Business Administration. David's journey has been diverse, including a successful stint as a professional boxer, winning 11 out of 12 matches, all while excelling in the oil and gas industry. Joauna Tuck was born and raised in Houston. Joauna has been involved with the real estate market since 2000 starting as an Admin Assistant for a Broker and knows the ins and outs of the Houston real estate market. Joauna developed excellent communication skills while obtaining her MBA in Business Management. Joauna has gained most of her real estate intellect from meeting and listening to some of the world's top real estate moguls. Geoff Hyatt (The Big Kahuna) and his wife, Kim operate under their brokerage Big Kahuna Realty. We are Texas transplants from Kansas and have over 10 years of real estate experience.
