After living in several Texas cities, we moved to North Carolina for 24 years enjoying a successful sales and management career there. Relocating to Katy a few years ago, where my family is well established, allows me to continue drawing on my skills in business negotiations and helping clients connect their heart to their home. A little bit about my background to help you get to know me. I have been married to my husband for ten years. We live in Richmond with our four dogs which are all rescues. I am a proud member of the Choctaw Nation, born in Dallas, but raised in Honolulu since early elementary school. After a year in college, I returned to the mainland to be closer to family and settled in Houston. I have always enjoyed working with people! In the first years of my career I found a great fit in the hospitality industry working for some of Houston's most upscale restaurants. I started as a server, then bartender, and also worked as a corporate trainer opening new restaurants across the country. Working in the service industry while going to college prepared me in many ways in becoming a Realtor. My name is Ann Ellis and I grew up Norway and moved to Katy Texas in 1996. I've been a First Responder for over 25 years in the Katy area and have been working in real estate for a little over 2 years but have an amazing mentor that's been doing this for over 20 years. While I am open to all areas of Waller, Harris and Fort Bend Counties, I am most familiar with the Katy/Brookshire area. In fact, my favorite part of the city is how everyone gets together for Friday Night Football because you still get the small town feeling and get to spend time with your family and friends.
