She has personal experience in relocation, moving from Canada in 1997, first to Midland, Texas, then to Oslo, Norway, back to Midland, and now a resident of Katy, Texas since 2002. From these moves and experiences, Grace understands first-hand what a family goes through emotionally, physically and financially as they relocate.
