I have been living in The Woodlands since June 2019 after transferring to the area for work. My career in Federal Law Enforcement has allowed me to raise my family in wonderful places and provided me with many opportunities for personal and professional growth. As my law enforcement career neared an end and I prepared for retirement, I knew that I wanted a new career that would challenge me in new ways. From my personal investing experiences, I knew that real estate was right for me. I look forward to serving my clients to the highest standards and helping them achieve their dreams.

Wendy Sherman brings a unique set of skills to RE/MAX Legacy Living. Starting her career in real estate investment, she learned skills many Realtors® are not aware of. Learning these skills lead to beginning a career in Real Estate and got her license in 2010. Wendy then took several classes with Champions School of Real Estate to gain knowledge to best serve her clients and continues to do so every year.
