Allan Olsen was born and raised in Panama City, Panama, but instantly fell in love with the city once moving to Houston. Though an electrical engineer by trade, Allan always has time to find clients their dream home. Allan was bitten by the real estate bug when he purchased his first home. Since then, he proceeded from investing to home building and now assists clients by providing valuable knowledge and experience in buying their future homes.

I grew up in Katy real estate. My mom, Linda, began her career in 1991, my sister, Christy, joined in 2002, and I joined in 2012. Over the years, I have enjoyed helping my clients find their dream homes or sell their current residences to relocate. Katy is my childhood home and I graduated from James E. Taylor High School. I studied Early Childhood Education at Baylor University and was a member of Pi Beta Phi. Sic Em' Bears! After graduation, I taught special needs children at The Rise School. My husband, Chris, and I have an amazing blended family with five precious children: Walker, Clay, Marly, Stella Lynn, and Christian. We are proud to raise our children in Katy and be a part of this wonderful community. I understand the value of finding not only the perfect house but also a place to call home. Kristen has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in International Business. Having completed the prestigious Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation following 90 intense hours of legal, ethical and marketing specializations, Kristen continues to focus on education in legal, regulatory and issues continuously impacting the real estate industry.

In addition to real estate, Kristen has a passion for World War II history, animal welfare, and dogs, horses and goats. She is a regular donor to the SPCA of East Texas and contributes to events and fundraisers. She loves to travel and learn about other cultures and ways of life around the world. She, her husband and dogs reside in Magnolia.
