Muniza Hassan was born and raised in Houston, TX and is proud to call this vibrant city her home. Muniza attended the University of St. Thomas in Houston and earned a joint bachelor's degree in International Studies and Business Administration, and went on to earn her Master's of Science degree in International Business at the esteemed Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. Her education combined with work experience bring a unique insight into how to best understand the needs and desires of this city's diverse clientele. In her free time, Muniza can be found exploring the amazing restaurant scene in and around the city with her friends and family. Work Experience: I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and I am currently licensed under Keller Williams Signature. I specialize in new and existing residential homes in the Houston and surrounding areas. I have recently been studying commercial real estate. Previous to working as a Team Leader at Keller Williams Signature; I worked at Equity House Properties, Fast Homes, Keller Williams Metropolitan, Century 21, and ERA/REMAX Real Estate Associates. Prior to real estate I co-owned a childcare center with my husband and my children and helped with daily tasks. In saying that, family is very important to me.

Giving Back Is A Blessing: I strongly believe that giving back to the community is a must! I was previously the National Fitness Director and Chapter President of the Wealthy Sisters Network, an active member of the Women's Council of Realtors, Houston Association of REALTORS, PROMOTE-HER and Chairperson of The Divine Ladies of Spring High. My husband, Willie Adolph, works together on numerous community service boards, including Katy Youth Basketball. Willie and I also are active members of Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas.

In My Free Time:I enjoy reading, listening to music, exercising, and spending time with my family. I am happily married to my college sweetheart, Willie Adolph for over twenty years, who work alongside me in my real estate career. We share four children, a grandchild, and two furbabies- Dash and Princess. We live in the Katy/Houston/Cypress area of Houston, Texas.

She says Habitat for Humanity has a special place in her heart knowing that she is actively building a home for a family who may not, otherwise, have an opportunity to be a homeowner. That “building something positive” approach carries over to her hobby as an enthusiastic Do-It-Yourselfer, particularly of DIY home decor projects.

Encouraged by her parents to “continually educate yourself,” Kimberly has done just that, earning both Bachelor’s and Master of Business Administration degrees. This feat is all the more impressive because she earned the Master of Business Administration degree in only 18 months; while being a full-time wife, mother of twin boys, and working employee. Her work ethic, drive, style, and ability to work under extreme pressure are what make Kimberly the perfect agent for all of your real estate needs.
