Formal academic achievements; Bachelor's degree in general science with concentration in Sociology, philosophy and psychology from the University of Houston in 1989 and a master's in business administration (MBA) in International Trade from Texas A&M International University in 1991.

Adriana is a native of Houston, TX, and has worked in the housing industry since 2006. After graduating from college, she pursued a career with a non-profit organization that educated first time home buyers, and helped them become mortgage ready. As the Director she oversaw various grant programs and worked closely with local officials. Adriana left the non-profit sector and became a Real Estate Agent in 2012. She continues to be a very self-motivated leader that enjoys assisting others. One of her top priorities is to provide outstanding customer service to all her clients. Adriana makes sure to always negotiate the best deals for her clients. She does not only deal with her clients during the transaction, but I also make sure to stay in contact post-purchase. She first entered the real estate market with a family focus in 2006 by handling the business side of her father's house-flipping endeavors. With her extensive background in accounting and finance, she brings a keen eye and strong market knowledge to the table. Her top priority, however, is serving others. Graduated from the University of Cincinnati w/ a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Real Estate. Have managed commercial real estate holdings for large firms in Cincinnati, Ohio and Houston. Duties included managing office buildings and shopping centers, providing financial reporting to institutional investors, reviewing contracts, overseeing major repairs and build-outs, contracting and supervising personnel, negotiating Leases, and day to day operations.
