Having lived in Fort Bend County for the majority of her life, Stephanie possesses a deep understanding of the local area and its real estate market. She moved to Quail Valley with her family at the age of five, and later settled in Sugar Land, where she attended and graduated from Clements High School in 1989. Today, Stephanie continues to reside in Sugar Land, maintaining strong ties to the community that she holds dear.

Stephanie pursued her higher education at the University of North Texas in Denton, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. After college, she embarked on a career that initially led her to banking and later to Continental Airlines. Some of her favorite areas in which to work are The Heights, Upper Kirby, Lower Kirby, Montrose, Spring Branch, The Galleria area, Memorial, Midtown, Downtown, EADO, Greenway Plaza, the Med Center, Sugar Land, Richmond, Katy, Missouri City and Fulshear, and absolutely anything around water or horses. These are just some of the many areas she works, and she has fun working them all.

She is an avid lover of horses and owns a fabulous Quarter Horse that she has raised since he was a colt.

She grew up on acreage/horse property in Louisiana in a home her parents built with their own hands. That may be why every now and then she accidentally slips into a bit of a Cajun accent or talks in "horse" language. Yes, the bayou and horsemanship are in her blood.
