Kara is a 4th generation Texan and proud to be a Realtor with her family business, Lane Real Estate, teaming up with both her parents who are also both Brokers, Betty and Rocky Lane. Kara grew up right outside of Houston in Rosenberg and graduated from Terry Highschool and Texas A&M University with a BS in Psychology. She worked for a Galleria/Inner Loop title company as a Marketing Manager for 3 years and later switched to the other side of real estate in 2002 as a Realtor. She enjoyed a successful and fulfilling real estate career for years thanks to her repeat clients, referrals, friends and family prior to her husband's job transfer overseas that kept their family on the move for 13 years before returning back home to Houston.
