A native Houstonian, Susan has been a real estate professional since 1990, and knows the city inside and out. “I just love to tell our story, and share the history of the neighborhoods with my clients,” she adds. Susan’s market areas include neighborhoods throughout the First Colony and Fort Bend community, as well as Memorial, Bellaire, West University and Briargrove Park.
Susan is conscientious and sensitive to the needs of her clients. She says, “I treat my clients as I would expect to be treated.”
Married, Susan has two sons and stays very involved with their activities including football, basketball and baseball. She also takes time to participate in a number of local women’s groups.
Donna has over 25 years' experience in real estate management, marketing, and master planned communities. As a lifelong resident of Fort Bend County, she has experienced the phenomenal growth in the market and played a part in managing some of the county's most exciting assets. She makes it her business to know the communities that comprise the areas with the biggest growth and opportunity. And Donna is actively involved in a number of Boards and Committees in the area, including the Sugar Land Cultural Arts Foundation, Fort Bend Toys for Tots, and a local homeowners' association. Making it a family affair, Donna works alongside her husband Jack Molho, who is also the Broker for Jack Molho & Associates. Jack has been a licensed Realtor with over 25 years' experience, and he has extensive knowledge in construction, retail development, and property management. Jack is fluent in Spanish and Greek. He is also a Certified Relocation Specialist. Together with Jack, Donna will represent you professionally and with the utmost integrity.
