As an active resident in The Woodlands, I enjoy the native forests, winding nature trails, parks, shops…my kids go to schools, play sports, practicing piano and they love to skate at the Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center during the winter time…my husband enjoys hunting and finishing...The Woodlands is a wonderful place to call the home.

Nelvin Joseph Adriatico came to this country as an immigrant from the Philippines and established his roots in Houston. He firmly believes that through collaboration and hard work, nothing is impossible.

Although Nelvin has an entrepreneurial spirit with a banking and finance mindset, his passion for community advocacy and volunteerism has shown throughout the past 20 years. He has been involved in non-profit organizations serving the community. His bi-cultural background and focus on community collaboration and engagement have led to several Board Leadership Roles. Including Chairman of the Board of The Alliance, helping Immigrants/Refugees become self-efficient. Past President of Asian American Heritage Association; Past President Houston Royal Oaks Lions Club, Philippine American Chamber of Commerce Texas; and Past-Co Chair of the Mayors Advisory for the New Americans. Adriatico has also helped organize several programs and projects; One of the biggest is the Annual Back to School, Health Fair, and Business Expo celebrating its 16 years of service.Because of his community advocacy, He received several awards like Asian Chamber Community Ambassador Award, the Fresh Spirit Wellness Legacy Unsung award, The Texans Community Ambassador to name a few.

Madiha Marfani is a native Houstonian, born and raised in Sugar Land, TX, attended Dulles High School, then went on to study nutrition at The University of Houston. Madiha held many leadership positions throughout High School and College, including Project Coordinator for an Interscholastic Tournament. Madiha and her husband have lived in Sugar Land, Katy, inside the loop and now Richmond, so she is very familiar with the Houston Metropolitan City! Madiha decided to start her Real Estate career the right way by teaming up with a top producer who excels in the market and provides up to date marketing and technology to advertise each home! Growing up in the Middle East, Sahar Mutammara moved to the U.S. in late 1990 after graduation from high school. She began her college education at Baylor University in Waco, TX before moving to Houston where she earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston in 1995. In 2002 Sahar Mutammara earned her real estate license and later in the year began a successful 10 year real estate career with the Keller Williams Realty office in Sugar Land, TX.
