Born and raised in the southwest Houston area, Andrew's goals are to help you with your home buying or selling needs in the city he loves. Still living in his childhood suburb of Stafford, he has 30+ years of knowledge of the Sugar Land/Stafford/Missouri City/Richmond areas as well as surrounding areas. Whether you are moving to or from the area, he would love to be your expert and provide relief to what can sometimes be a stressful and overwhelming process.

Andrew holds a bachelors degree from The University of Texas at Austin as well as a masters in accounting from The University of Houston - Clear Lake. He spent several years as a corporate accountant, gaining irreplaceable experience in managing time, projects, communications, learning new technology, and teamwork, all in the fast-paced, deadline driven corporate world. These skills combined with his passion to help you achieve your real estate dreams, will make him a great partner in your endeavor.

In his rare free time, Andrew loves hanging out with family and friends, and trying new restaurants or visiting old favorites. He is also a huge sports fan, following the Houston sports teams and his Texas Longhorns.

After graduating with a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, I received my Nursing Facility Administrators license. I worked as an administrator for almost 5 years, and also earned my insurance license and selling long term care insurance. In, 2002, due to my husbands job, we moved overseas living in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada; Doha, Qatar; Cairo, Egypt; Geneva, Switzerland; and Dubai, spending 14 years abroad before moving to Sugar Land.

Real Estate has always interested me. My husband and I have purchased 5 homes together. I love meeting new people and helping others. When you move as much as we have, you learn to think of moving from a different perspective, especially when moving on an international and even interstate level.

With my experience in moving from country to country, I'm very interested in helping people who are new to the area. My extensive travels have given me a strong sense of empathy, so I enjoy working with people of different cultures and experiences. Another area of interest is helping senior citizens.

I'm originally from Louisiana and my husband is from Maine. He works in the oil and gas industry. We have 3 children. Our oldest is a French Professor and our two younger children attend Texas A&M University.

I enjoy cooking, decorating, painting, hosting, traveling, and I have always enjoyed being active in our community and in the children's schools.

Kelly has been involved with real estate investment and brokerage since 2003. Prior to joining Fort Bend Real Estate Corporation and expanding Ferguson Real Estate Consulting, Kelly worked as an analyst for a leading investment bank. She began her career in private banking in the Houston office, where she assisted with management and investment of a $2 billion portfolio and built relationships with individuals and businesses in the Houston and Austin areas. Kelly left Houston to join the firm's analyst program on Wall Street to pursue her interest in real estate. She ranked at the top of the firm's international training program and worked for the Global Principal Investment group, where she analyzed and facilitated investments in high-yield debt and equity secured by institutional properties.

Kelly's experience with private client and global real estate investment created an exceptional skill set, which now defines the boutique nature of FBRE and Ferguson Real Estate Consulting. Her expertise combined with her private-client, relationship-based approach has optimized value for institutional and individual clients and investors in all facets of real estate. Kelly has earned a reputation for best-in-class performance with nimble, meticulous real-estate consulting and brokerage services.

Kelly graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A & M University with a degree in Finance. She earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2008. Kelly has served on the Board of Directors for The Source, Houston, and currently serves on the YoungLife Field Ministries Advisory Board. In her spare time, Kelly is either riding her horse, running to the beat of an audiobook, or hanging out with her husband and three sons.
