Hello there! I am a Realtor and Real Estate Investor who grew up in Katy, a bustling suburb just west of Houston, TX.

What sets Cynthia apart from the competition is her data- driven approach to real estate. She is always curious about her clients, and seeks to discover why they're buying or selling, and how she can address those issues in the homes she suggests for them. "I love converting research and data into knowledge and then sharing that knowledge with others," she says.
While she considers herself a bit of a generalist, eager to help first-time homebuyers as well as experienced clients, she has a special fondness for helping families moving to Houston. Being a veteran, she has moved frequently during her lifetime and she understands the challenges and difficulties with picking up and starting all over again in a new community. Having endured many relocations, she recognizes that each transaction is unique and has its own unique challenges. But she's quick to adapt to any situation and that agility has become one of her most-loved qualities.
As a Navy Nuke, she was the first female to qualify Reactor Operator on the west coast and operated nuclear power plants on the USS Carl Vinson. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Seattle University. She holds a US Patent "Method for reducing distortion in a sheet of glass."
Away from work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

A native Houstonian, Terry grew up in the Briargrove Park area while attending Duchesne Academy. After graduating from the University of Arkansas, she moved to Sugar Land and opened a graphics design and photography business which she ran for over 20 years. Terry’s family was the original owner of Brenner’s Steakhouse in Houston and through that association and many others, she is well connected to all parts of this wonderful city. Terry and her husband moved to Katy nearly 10 years ago, raising a daughter and son. As one of the top rated master planned communities in Texas and the nation, Terry and her family were drawn to Katy and all the many amenities the city and community had to offer. Terry joined Coldwell Banker United in 2014 and strives to gain top accolades within the company. Currently she is working on real estate transactions from $50,000 to $2 million.
