Eliana graduated with an International Business Degree from La Universidad de Bogota Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Colombia and continued her education at Texas Tech University. She worked for Tribune Company for 15 years where she held several positions including Senior International Editor and Public Relations. Eliana created close relationships for the company. This experience helped her interact comfortably at multicultural levels and earned her an understanding of different cultures.After 15 years, Eliana chose to pursue her Real Estate Sales dream. She received her Texas Real Estate Agent license in 2013 and began working on her own investments including rehabs, investment properties, land development and new construction. She also works with investors and conventional clients. Edward Wang was raised in Houston, Texas within a family of residential home builders, which is where he first learned the real estate development and project management industry. He also learned how to analyze and interpret the real estate marketplace, and to create the best showcase for selling homes.

It was at The University of Texas at Austin that Edward earned his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science before going on to work as an information technology consultant for many years in firms both large and small. Eventually turning his time and attention toward real estate, Edward purchased several passive income properties within the Houston area and began to apply his own management methods to these investments, which flourished and profited under his direction. Combining his technical skill in data analysis and experience as a builder and investor, Edward has been able to find unexpected gems for investors which have quickly turned around to generate positive cash flow for each acquired property.

On a customer service level, Edward learned that getting everything set up for a home can be frustrating or overwhelming for many first time homeowners, and has often been called upon to assist many elders, busy families, and young folks from out of state in setting up basic living essentials to move-in after acquiring their new homes.

Mary Morgan is a Chicago native. She moved to Houston, Texas in 2009 after completing her Master of Health Science Degree in Communication Disorders. She accepted an opportunity with the Houston Independent School District (HISD) as a Speech- Language Pathologist, specializing in bilingual evaluations. After also working in both Katy ISD and Alief ISD, Mary decided to revisit her passion, real estate. Before completing her undergraduate degree, Mary was an experienced real estate agent in the Windy City (Chicago), supporting her father's successful business at the time. Mary's experience in the education system gives her unique insight into various communities, schools and programs, the ability to better understand families' needs, and desire to create ideal situations for her clients.
