Hello, I am Larae Blanche Benitez. My family and friends call me Blanche, but since I have two names, most people call me Larae. I came to the United States when I was nineteen years old to take care of my ailing father. At age 21, I lost him to liver cancer and from then on I have to be on my own. This has given me an opportunity to be independent, resourceful and resilient with God's help. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2017, and finished my masters in Business Administration in 2018.
My career in the real estate business started in California. I have been in the property management field for more than ten years. I have had extensive exposure to the housing market since I started working in the affordable non-profit field, then eventually moved to managing conventional and luxury apartments as well. It is my pleasure to be an instrument to fulfill a family's yearning - a roof over their head or their ultimate dream home. I am grateful to God for providing me with all the right set of circumstances to be of service to people.
I am blessed to be married to my husband, Victor, who is my big motivator and supporter. Together we have five kids, four boys and a girl. They are Zenas, Eliakim, Hezekia, Seth and Phoebe.
