When working with a person to list their home, I strive to thoroughly research the market to determine an accurate value, make suggestions as to what will make the property more inviting for the minimum cost, and market the property through multiple online sources to ensure the property sells for the highest price in the least amount of time. I stay in constant contact with the client and answer all calls personally or get back with them at the earliest possible moment.

When working with a client to find them a home, I LISTEN to what they want, what their needs are, what their situation is, and then go find homes that meet that criteria. I make sure they have been pre-qualified by a great lender so that when we find the right home, they can pounce on it. I am a superb negotiator, looking for creative ways to get my client what they want in a win/win/win scenario.

I have an incredible attention to detail, many times catching errors on a closing statement that lenders and title companies miss. I review contracts word by word to ensure they reflect what my client wants. I follow through to the end to make sure of a successful closing. I leave no stone unturned to find a solution when things may become difficult. I am tenacious to get my client the results they want, while establishing and maintaining great relationships with other realtors, lenders, title companies, insurance agents, and inspectors.

As a surgical nurse for 30 years it was time for a change. With a wife LaDonna getting chemo and a teenager Amelia I was looking for a career change that would allow me to stay on this side of town and spend more time with the family. I am also an active volunteer fireman with the Cy-Fair VFD dept. Robert was born and raised in Houston, TX. Prior to becoming a Realtor, he served our country as an Officer in the United States Navy. After 12 years of active-duty service, he has returned home and still serves as a Navy Reservist. My love for real estate, construction and team spirit started as a boy in Germany. I built a two-story clubhouse for my friends and me at our local adventure playground. My love for Texas was sparked by the TV show 'Dallas'. Because of this, I became an exchange student in Copperas Cove, Texas. I attended the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor on a soccer scholarship and graduated with a double degree in Economics/Finance and Marketing. I moved to Houston in 1994.

My career in real estate began in 1997 as a new home consultant with a local builder. After being successful at this level, I moved to a national company. As a new home sales consultant, I got the chance to fulfill my passion to help families and individuals find their perfect home and at the same time, build wealth through real estate. I sold hundreds of homes and was responsible for over $100 million in closings. My knowledge of construction, sales negotiation, and customer service were gained at this time.

Because of the competitive nature of home sales, I received ongoing sales training from industry leaders. In addition, I personally spent considerable time on construction sites, completed hundreds of pre-drywall inspections, and conducted final customer walk-throughs.
