Chip Clark of StepStone Realty based in Richmond Texas is a 2-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over Houston and Fort Bend County. Chip has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her/his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client's needs first.He studied English Literature at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California and afterwards began work in the oil and gas industry. Passionate about pricing and negotiations, Chip has continued to leverage his/her know-how and experience to exceed his/her client's expectations. In his free time, Chip is an avid golfer and reader of non-fiction books. Spending time at home or traveling together with his wife, two adult sons, and teenage daughter is never something Chip takes for granted.

Jill Rives started working in real estate in 1996 as an assistant to a Realtor. She continued this role through college until she decided to get her salesperson license. She spent 4 years as a Realtor before becoming a Broker. It was at this time that Rives Real Estate Group was formed (2008). Rives Real Estate Group is a small family owned brokerage in Richmond, Texas specializing in the Richmond/Fulshear/Katy areas. We help our clients buy and sell single family homes as well as investment properties.
