Lisa is a native Houstonian with real estate in her blood, tracing all the way back to her Grandmother and Great Grandmother, who owned several single-family properties in East Houston. Her younger brother is a successful real estate broker (Zarco Realty) and real estate instructor for over 20yrs in the Houston area. Lisa and her husband have been real estate investors with over 1,000 units in multi-family properties since 2016 through out the U.S.

With a successful sales/training and marketing background in corporate America for over 21 years, she truly believes in customer first. Her customer service shines through as she will educate you on the process as much as or as little in the process as you need/want when selling, buying, or renting your home.

For my buyers searching for a new home, I will help them research neighborhoods, keep abreast of new listings, schedule inspections and prepare for closings. Above all, I am an ally and guide for all my clients, every step of the way.

I earned my Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University, and began my real estate career nearly a decade ago in business brokerage. Prior to entering the real estate industry, I was a small business consultant for over ten years, helping first time business owners establish themselves. I bring my communication and business skills to all my clients to guide them through the real estate process. I am also fluent in Gujarati.

Lori Carr, Realtor Associate of BHGRE Gary Greene, is a native third-generation Houstonian on both sides who takes pride in being able to provide her clients with the knowledge needed to find the perfect home in Houston. She feels that staying informed and keeping up with the current market trends helps her to know the area better than her competition. That dedication has proved to be an invaluable source of repeat referrals and business from her previous clients. After all, her main priority is to build loyal and trusting relationships with her clients that will last a lifetime.

Growing up on a farm in Cypress, she learned the importance of hard work, determination and building relationships. She understands the importance of doing things right the first time and has a strong work ethic. After being a leader in the Corporate Banking world for 8 years, Lori started her Real Estate practice. She brought with her a reputation of integrity, a seamless organized nature and a strict attention to detail. While in banking, she gained knowledge from working on loans, which has tremendously helped her in the real estate industry. Lori has extensive experience with relocation services, remodeling projects, investment properties, staging, and as a listing and selling agent all over Houston and beyond.

Lori, a consistent Top Producer, has been listed in the top of 1% by the National Association of Realtors year after year and was voted as one of the Top 25 Teams and Top Luxury Teams in 2018 by The Houston Business Journal.

She is involved and volunteers on the Souvenir Committee with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Meals on Wheels, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Houston Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, and the Montgomery County Animal Shelter. As the past Chair in 2012 with the Houston Arthritis Walk, she raised over 100,000 for the Houston Arthritis Foundation and has served on the committee with the Montgomery County Food Bank for the Food for Life Gala.

Lori lives in The Woodlands with her husband, three daughters and their two dogs, Aspen and Hank. When not selling real estate, she enjoys traveling, cooking, playing golf, gardening, reading and spending time with her friends and family.

Katie Chachere Hester graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She also received a Graduate Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from the Bush School at Texas A&M University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude. Katie practiced real estate and finance law for approximately seven years with the law firm of Locke Lord, LLP. While at Locke Lord, Katie represented clients in the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial real estate, including shopping centers, apartments, condominiums, office buildings, mixed use/urban developments, and retail and office leasing. She also represented borrowers and lenders in lending transactions. Katie also has experience with zoning and land use, community and economic development, affordable housing, and development of cellular tower sites, including issues involving the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1995. Katie spent approximately two years as the Assistant Vice President - Legal Counsel of Campus Living Villages – U.S., an international student accommodation provider, where she was responsible for all legal matters in the United States. Katie also served as a Director on the Board of CCHM Management Holding Corp., the parent company of Campus Living Villages – U.S. Katie recently joined The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center as a Legal Officer in the General Business and Education Section, with a focus on real estate matters. She is involved in numerous charitable organizations throughout Houston, and is also a member of C.R.E.W. (Commercial Real Estate Women).
