I strive to exceed expectations with experienced representation for investors, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Houston Metropolitan area with a concentration on the Greater Montgomery, Walker and Trinity County areas. Janice's inquisitive nature has been good to her. She's worked and traveled around many states in the US, Europe, UK, Scandinavia, Dubai, Oman, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, the British, US Virgin, Caribbean, and Cayman Islands, and she even ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain.
Janice's passion is volunteering at a local, Christian food pantry, traveling, boating, golfing, biking, aerobic swimming, and workouts. She is the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator, manages the Neighborhood Block Parties, and a Canasta Group!
Many of Janice's days are spent working with delightful clients, staging homes, chatting with Title companies and lawyers, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to new ecstatic homeowners.
