Mia Kathy was born in the Eastern Caribbean Island of St. Lucia, West Indies. She speaks Creole French and has been a Northeast Houston resident for over 30 years.

In addition, she has also completed the REO/BPO Certified Training Program dealing with the foreclosure market. Kiki is an expert on current market trends and has successfully negotiated and closed over 70 short sale transactions since 2008 with 100% closing ratio, without letting any property go into foreclosure.
