My family relocated to the Magnolia and Conroe Texas area 15+ years ago. I have since fallen in love with the entire area. The location is wonderful, we are a stones throw from The Woodlands which offers first rate restaurants, great shopping, beautiful parks, medical care and so much more. We are still close enough to Houston to work or just pop into town for the day to shop, eat, catch a show, a Astro's game or go to the Medical Center. At my house my favorite time of day is the evening. It is so peaceful, I've even seen some fire flies lighting up the evening air. A walk in the moonlight is breath taking and transforming. She also has obtained her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation. She completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert training in 2008 and she proudly displays the CDPE Designation. In addition, she has also completed the REO/BPO Certified Training Program dealing with the foreclosure market. Kiki is an expert on current market trends and has successfully negotiated and closed over 70 short sale transactions since 2008 with 100% closing ratio, without letting any property go into foreclosure.
