Brooklynn Shepherd is from Conroe, Texas and has a passion for her ever-growing community. She thoroughly enjoys living close to her family and being a Worship Leader at WVT Church in Conroe. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Brooklynn focused on raising her children and investing in real estate. Brooklynn's passion for meeting new individuals and her desire to stay at home with her children led her to embark on a career as a real estate agent. Her experience in investing and flipping homes has provided her with valuable sales skills and a unique insight into the industry. Brooklynn chose to begin her career with Connect Realty after being warmly welcomed by staff and learning about their one on one training opportunities. Kiki is no stranger to real estate and her community. She's a native of Port Arthur and has been a REALTOR® since 2018 working with both buyers and sellers. She has even built her own investment portfolio with residential lease properties and a few flips. Her past experience in the finance and customer service industry helped her develop vital skills she brought into her real estate business. She is known for being personable, going the extra mile, and taking great care of her clients. Kiki is a wife, a mother of two boys, and a fighter-cancer survivor.

I have been in the real estate industry for over 18 years. My entire career has been selling homes in the Willis/Conroe/Montgomery area, the very place I grew up. During this time, I have had the privilege of helping many clients achieve the ultimate goal of homeownership. I not only work with buyers & investors, but have also listed many homes for clients that were upgrading, relocating, or finding themselves with an estate situation. The first experience I had in real estate was as an office manager for a real estate appraisal/sales company and this created my interest in becoming a residential appraiser and Realtor. With my extensive real estate knowledge, I can help you with a land purchase, construction of a new home, a remodel project, resale, or even investment properties. The decisions that are made during a real estate transaction can be costly and confusing that is why I deal with things in a simple manner and with no pressure. She currently resides in Montgomery but grew up in Phoenix, AZ where she spent the first several years of her real estate career.
