Karen began her real estate journey in 2015, after an 8 year career in the mortgage and banking industry. She is a passionate and accomplished customer service and sales professional who has been recognized throughout her career for leadership, results focus, and job specific skills. Her positive influence with others allows her the opportunity to be a strong team player. Throughout her career, Karen has lived in the Brenham, Katy, and College Station areas, giving her the knowledge and relationships to better serve her clients and connect with the community. Raised in College Station, Karen is a Native of Aggieland, and after life has taken her away in different directions, she has come home to be closer to family and life long friends. She is grateful to be back in her hometown and reconnecting with her community and tribe here in good 'ol BCS. When not working with her clients, Karen is a Momager to an amazing Competitive Cheerleader, and considers herself a Cruise Addict. Shawn's passion for buying and selling homes began as a real estate investor in 2006. In 1996, Shawn started out his journey as an entrepreneur which has enabled him to gain experience with business management, marketing, customer service, and negotiation skills. Canadian by birth, Janice is from Calgary, Alberta. She and her husband have purchased, renovated and sold numerous personal homes in both the United States and Canada and have developed a deep, if informal, knowledge of construction, architecture, and interior design.

When schedules permit, Janice and her family are avid international travelers who enjoy visiting friends and extended family all over the world.

Originally from the Phoenix area, Kelley Christian came to Texas to attend SMU, earning her Bachelors degree in 2003.

She quickly built a name for herself among homeowners in Dallas' best neighborhoods: the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Bluffview, Devonshire and Lakewood. Her real estate clients appreciate her strong work ethic, keen sense of design, love of meeting new people, and eagerness to exceed client expectations.
