Brooklynn Shepherd is from Conroe, Texas and has a passion for her ever-growing community. She thoroughly enjoys living close to her family and being a Worship Leader at WVT Church in Conroe. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Brooklynn focused on raising her children and investing in real estate. Brooklynn's passion for meeting new individuals and her desire to stay at home with her children led her to embark on a career as a real estate agent. Her experience in investing and flipping homes has provided her with valuable sales skills and a unique insight into the industry. Brooklynn chose to begin her career with Connect Realty after being warmly welcomed by staff and learning about their one on one training opportunities. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Psychology in 2004. I went on to receive my Master's Degree in Education and Teaching of Individuals with Autism from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009. As they say, all start in the family, all is learned in the family. Being daughter of a builder/developer, my childhood memories are all about buildings, floor plans, construction materials, clients and deals.

And that is what I learned in the family and that is how I became a realtor. My formal education followed a path from Political Sciences to International Relations (BA) and then to Public Policy (MA). Early in my professional career, I got into marketing construction materials in international markets. I worked with clients across the world ranging from Taiwan to USA/CANADA, South Africa to Russia, Middle East to Mediterranean countries to Europe. In the meantime, my fortunes took me around. I lived in Sherborne, Oxford, Essex for a short time. I was in New York a couple of years. I enjoyed Iowa more than 20 years and Iowa is where I started real estate. I am a resident of Houston area since 2008 and practicing in The Woodlands, Klein, Spring, Conroe and the surrounding areas.

In this line of work, nothing beats seeing the happiness of the clients in buying their dream homes or selling their major investment in smooth transaction and knowing that I had a role in it. As a full time real estate agent with more than 10 years of experience, I came to know that this is what counts at the end. And what is the most important is: Real Estate with Happy Smiles !
