After owning and operating 3 franchise offices I have decided to step back and focus on what I really love about this business - assisting people in the purchase of their home. For me there is nothing better than seeing the look on a buyer's face when you show them "the one". Sellers are also fun to work with as I help them to get their home ready to present to the market and show them tips and tricks to making their home look it's best. Regardless of how many agents feel that this is "just a business", to me it is about really getting to know my clients and their needs. She and her husband love to entertain a roomful of people but also enjoy a quiet night around the campfire.

As a native Texan, Martha calls Houston home. "My passion is people", and she genuinely enjoys the diverse cultures and personalities she experiences in the real estate industry. After being in the title business for over 13 years, she also understands the importance of the real estate transaction for all parties concerned. Martha graduated from Texas A&M University with degrees in Sociology and Child Psychology. "We are a family of Aggies, so we definitely enjoy game day and tailgates." She is married to her high school sweetheart and has been an instrumental part of his custom home-building business, adding to her knowledge of the industry when buying, selling and designing homes. Last August, My husband David and I experienced the devastation of Hurricane Harvey that destroyed our personal home and our rental property. We also experienced the beauty of others that traveled across the country to help others in desperate need. David and I are living in an apartment in the Woodlands, TX while our new home is being built. This also gives me an opportunity to continue my learning and understanding of building new construction from ground up and share my experiences and knowledge with my clients that may decide to build instead of purchasing a resale home. David and I have a blended family of ten children, nineteen grandchildren, eight greatgrandchildren and a host of relatives and friends and some who are our clients. In our planned leisure time, we enjoy traveling from state to state and across the waters to beautiful countries. Volunteering gives me an opportunity to give back to my community and make a difference others around me. Volunteering with the Food Banks, Area Schools, Habitat for Humanity, Area Gardening Clubs and KW Cares that give assistance throughout areas of our neighborhoods. We serve in our WoodsEdge Community Church, where we serve as Prayer Partners.
