Born and raised in The Woodlands, Zach Richmond's life and experiences are particularly well-suited for a career in the real estate industry. Having attended The John Cooper School and graduating from Baylor University in 2010 with a double major in Accounting Information Systems and Entrepreneurship, Zach returned to The Woodlands in 2011 to work as a commercial real estate lender with Woodforest National Bank. I was born and raised in Washington State, earned a business degree from the University of San Diego and was a licensed real estate agent in the state of California. I worked for one of the largest brokers in Southern California as a Relocation Specialist, connecting people with agents all across the United States. I have lived in 5 different states and have personally gone through 5 corporate relocations. Texas has been home since 2005. I have lived in League City, Beaumont, Dallas and now reside in The Woodlands. I love to travel and sailed around the world stopping at 11 different countries along the way. Spending time with my husband, three children and our Great Pyrenees rescue pup keeps me happy. I also am a runner and enjoy doing trail runs and training for half marathons. My clients describe me as down to earth, compassionate and hard working. My background in business, real estate and corporate moves makes me a knowledgeable, professional choice for all of your real estate needs. I am thrilled to be a Real Estate agent. I was born and raised in Texas. Before going to college, I worked at the local Country Club restaurant and I owned my own business teaching private swimming lessons for seven years which helped me pay for college. I received an Associates degree from Blinn Junior College, then went on to graduate from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a Bachelors degree in Business with an emphasis in Management. After college, I joined a Benefits Outsourcing company in The Woodlands and remained there for over 17 years with a focus on Health & Welfare. I managed many team members and supported clients who had 4,500 employees to over 100,000 employees. I developed stronger communication, organization and management skills managing a variety of projects simultaneously. These skills which I grew will be very beneficial as I grow my Real Estate business. My husband and I also have investment properties currently in The Woodlands which we have managed for over 13 years. My children attend school in The Woodlands and are active in a variety of activities. I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming, playing the piano, and traveling.
