As a lifelong resident of the Houston area, Lance combines a thorough understanding of the local market with a global worldview earned during his previous international supply chain career in the oil and gas industry. He's traveled to more than 50 countries and offers a worldly perspective, whether he's assisting clients with a move across town or around the globe. Working alongside his wife as a proud member of the Amy Raper Real Estate Group, Lance delivers the strong call to service and can-do attitude critical to any successful home search or sale.

Lance has resided in The Woodlands for nearly two decades and frequently volunteers as a youth rugby and football coach. He loves learning, reading and spending time with family, especially hunting, fishing and camping with his four children.

Carolyn was raised in Natchitoches, La with 6 siblings. As a child, she had aspirations of being an Accountant and a Realtor. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry in her late 30's, but you can't always predict where or when you'll discover what you're meant to do in life.



She was taught to work hard at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that's what she did and 20 years later she is still working hard in real estate.



Carolyn graduated from Northwestern University, in Louisiana with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Computer Science in 1985. As the years went by, she worked in the Banking industry, Health Care, and Oil and Gas, never wavering in her resolution to become the best version of herself with each career move.



In 2002, Carolyn received her Texas Real Estate license and hit the ground running. She sold 25 homes in her first year. As her career advanced, she found her stride working with 1st time homebuyers and FSBO. She is an expert in negotiating and find dream homes for her Buyers.



Throughout her career, Carolyn has earned numerous accolades including, Top Producer Awards, Millionaires' Club Awards, Top Listing Agent Awards, Top Buyer Agent Awards just to name a few.

I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and relocated to Houston over a decade ago. I am not a native Texan, but I got here as quickly as I could! I have a strong background in project management, which brings a unique skill set to the world of real estate. With up-to-date market knowledge and personalized attention, I'll help you make informed decisions and achieve your goals. In my free time I enjoy golfing, weightlifting, and landscaping. I currently live in The Woodlands with my wife and son where we are active members in our church and neighborhood.
