I am a very devoted husband and father, who was born in the Caribbean, on the beautiful Island of St Vincent and the Grenadines but have been privileged to call Houston home. Although I have had the opportunity to work my way up in my career as a Fire Alarm Technician, to where I managed, installed and programmed major Fire Alarm projects that includes the Houston Zoo Galapagos Island, my real passion is in Real Estate. I understand the power that Real Estate has in transforming people's lives and how it creates that sense of belonging to people that get to walk into own homes, and I have had the honor of experiencing this first hand.

About Eva- Eva Ray is a dedicated professional with a background in customer service, treatment coordination, and marketing coordination. She was born in Cincinnati and raised in Houston. Eva has always had a passion for serving others and possesses strong communication and listening skills. For many years, Eva worked as a treatment and marketing coordinator for Hanigan & Johnson Orthodontics. In this role, she prioritized exceptional communication and customer service, always putting clients first. Her experience in sales and working closely with people made her transition into the real estate industry a natural fit. Real estate provides her with a flexible schedule that has allowed her to spend more time with her high schooler before their graduation. As a realtor, Eva follows an approach that centers around listening to her clients. She aims to create a memorable experience for them whether it is during their search for their ideal home, or selling a beloved home in order to move to their next dream destination. Eva understands the importance of making her clients feel heard and valued throughout the entire home-buying and selling process. She works diligently to execute contracts professionally and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish with clear communication.

As a realtor based in Katy, Texas, I bring a unique blend of experience and patience with 10 years of teaching experience and a mother of three wonderful kids. Though I was born and raised in Louisiana, Texas has been my home for the majority of my adult life. I have an innate passion for helping people, and I strive to make a positive impact on their lives in any way possible. In my spare time, I indulge my creative side by crafting unique creations. My journey into real estate began when I purchased my first home, and the sense of accomplishment I felt was extraordinary. Knowing that I had worked diligently to achieve such a significant goal was incredibly gratifying. Coming back to a place I could call my own every day was an amazing feeling.
