I have always been interested in the Real Estate industry and intrigued by the process. I learned hard lessons as a first-time home buyer which served as my motivation in becoming an agent. I service the Houston Metropolitan Area and surrounding counties. I have a penchant for service which allows me to assist buyers, sellers, investors, and renters by facilitating their property needs through smooth transactions. It's definitely hard navigating through real estate without proper representation and I hope to only remove any stigmas Realtors typically receive.
I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston. I have extensive experience in client confidentiality as I have a successful career as a civil trial litigation paralegal. I have a passion for all things sports. I actively participate in triathlons, duathlons, running, cycling, swimming, and sand volleyball. I enjoy giving back and being involved in the community.
I will definitely work hard for you. I've always been a hard worker so trust that I will always have your best interest at heart. I am supported by a brokerage that will assure your Home is Priced Properly, Negotiate the Best Terms, and make sure that any buyer that makes an offer is qualified.
We will market your Property properly through social Media networks. Set up Open Houses throughout the listing process, send out flyers and market to all traffic that flows by your home. I will provide you with the BEST SERVICE and will communicate with you throughout your transaction.
I will communicate with you throughout the process with weekly updates about the status of your property. I will always be available to you.

Hi, I'm Kaiti! Passionate about real estate sometimes seems like an understatement. There are days where I feel like all I do is live, eat and breath real estate. I've been a realtor in Texas since July 2016, and when I am not helping clients I am usually working on one of my personal investment properties. My areas of focus include: The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia, Montgomery, and Conroe. If you're looking to buy, sell or invest I would be happy to help! Before working in real estate I obtained a Bachelor's of Communication and worked in advertising and Human Resources for 5 years. When I'm not busy in the real estate world I enjoy spending time with my daughter and husband at the pool!

I'm Pam, a Texas licensed real estate agent in the Northeast Houston area. I truly believe that a home is where your dog (or cat) is. My goal is to create an easy and enjoyable experience by educating you on the process of purchasing or selling a home with your animals in mind so you can celebrate this milestone in your life with confidence. I understand the challenges pet owners face when buying, selling, renting or moving, and there's nothing I love more than finding the perfect home for you and your pets to enjoy. As a realtor, I'm determined to provide the education that is necessary to those starting their home buying or selling adventure when they have to consider the needs of their pet. To me, there's nothing wrong with putting the needs of your furry friends at the top of your list when shopping for a home!
Throughout my life, I have owned many dogs and cats. I understand how important your pet is in the buying or selling process of your home and I'm aware of the careful decisions that you consider while making a move with your pet, leaving your existing home and moving into a new one. I am here to make sure you find the best fit for you and your family, pets included. If you're thinking about buying or selling, give me a call!
MY REAL ESTATE JOURNEY
I am currently a realtor with Realty Associates. Having lived in Kingwood since 1977, my knowledge of the community in which we live and work is expansive and I consider myself to be an expert of the area.
My love for homes started long before my personal career in real estate. As a child, I always enjoyed redecorating my mother's and grandmother's homes. When I was a teen, my mom worked as a realtor (she actually just retired this year). I'd help her with little tasks and slowly started to understand the process. A few years went by and real estate once again sparked my interest. I fell in love with the home building and home buying experience, so it was not long after when I decided to sell homes for homebuilders. I've also had a long-time interested in staging homes, which requires a keen eye for interior design and a knowledge of what makes homes sell. With my background in selling homes, an understanding of what appeals to buyers and a passion for small business, I figured a career in real estate would be a great fit.
I worked as a licensed real estate agent in the states of Tennessee and Texas until my husband and I started our family. I then made the decision to stay home to care for our three children. When our youngest graduated from high school, I realized my love for homes never left me and I decided to get my license to begin practicing again.
OUTSIDE OF REAL ESTATE My other interests include: spending time and traveling to visit family and friends, playing and cuddling with my black and yellow Labrador Retrievers, Domino and Fanta, all things DIY and home improvement, baseball (specifically watching my youngest son play college ball), and learning about my heritage and genealogy.
