Her real estate experience began at one of Houston's premier luxury real estate boutique companies over 25 years ago. She earned her degree in Finance and Real Estate from LSU and worked as a senior financial analyst for Weingarten Realty, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Monique values building long-term relationships with a priority for listening to the needs of her clients. In addition to real estate, Monique has a passion for wellness and is a Certified Wellness Coach. She has lived in The Woodlands, Texas for more than 15 years and is the proud mother of two boys.

Raised in The Woodlands, Teresa Sartin is the Team Lead of the Sartin Team. Prior to starting her real estate career, Teresa owned and operated her own business for 20 years. She has been a resident of Montgomery County for over 45 years, by therefore she is familiar with The Woodlands, North Houston, Spring, Conroe, and surrounding areas. As born leader and entrepreneur, Teresa's quaint dreams of being a realtor, quickly transgressed into leading a one of the top award-winning teams at Keller Williams Realty, The Woodlands and Magnolia. She serves as committee chair the for the foundation's annual Talent Show and other fund-raising events.
