I earned my professional license in July 2015 and started her new venture at Keller Williams, The Woodlands and Magnolia in August 2015. In my first year, I came out swinging. I was the KW the Woodlands and Magnolia 2016 "Rookie of the Year," and was invited to the Agency Leadership Council, an honor only given to those who are nominated by their peers. Six months into my career, I was nominated for the Eagle Award, which is one of the highest awards for any real estate agent. I was also welcomed into the KW President's Circle in 2017, and from the start has been in the top three in individual volume, listings, and closed units for KW the Woodlands and Magnolia. In 2018, I was No. 1 in closed units, which is yet another major milestone. In early 2020 I made an exciting and big change to move my team to RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring which within their first two years at RE/MAX they've accomplished Texas Top 500 in both 2020 and 2021, and was also awarded Platinum Club in 2020. I continue to grow my team and have expanded into Austin and Dallas Texas.

I am a native Houstonian and a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing. I became a Realtor because I have always had a passion for real estate and home design. My commitment to each client is attentive, personalized service. When I am not making homeownership dreams come true for my clients, I enjoy spending time volunteering at my children's schools and sports activities, and working on home improvement projects with my husband.

She worked her way through levels of management which included multifamily, commercial, condos, rental homes, and real estate sales. Sandra studied at Champion School of Real Estate and became licensed in 2005 and earned her Broker license in 2018. She is currently working with Vaughan Real Estate Group on Lake Livingston since 2013 specializing in San Jacinto County but represents buyers all over the lake area. In Sandra's free time, she enjoys gardening, boating, exercising and most of all making precious memories with her granddaughter and family! Sandra is very involved in her community, serving at her local church and volunteering for her community property association.
