A graduate of Texas A&M University, Trey received a degree in Finance in 2013. Following graduation Trey worked at Hines, a private commercial real estate firm for just about 2 years where he worked on institutional real estate investments on behalf of Hines REIT's. Trey has lived and grew up in Houston his entire life and has enjoyed seeing the changes in the very communities that he knew as a child. Following graduation Trey moved downtown to experience everything that the city of Houston has to offer. Being a resident of the Heights/Washington corridor for 2 years now Trey understands the market and lifestyle of the surrounding area and knows what future buyers are interested in when they make the move themselves. Residing in Coldspring, I mainly concentrate my efforts on the western shores of Lake Livingston in San Jacinto County and all around the lake. I have offices downtown on the square, Houston and The Woodlands, therefore I can accommodate all of your needs at all points in between.

My wife Leslie and I were "weekenders" in Holiday Shores for only a brief time before we quickly became full time residents. In doing so, I served on the board of our POA as head of the Architectual Committee. Having this knowledge of deed restrictions and regulations eased our process in the expansion and remodeling of our "Weekend Lake House" thus turning it into our full time "Lake Home".

I am also a member of the Coldspring Area Business and Merchant's Association, the Coldspring Chamber of Commerce, the Cape Royale Men's Golf Association and The University of Houston Letterman's Association.

Being a teacher was a rewarding profession until Staci took time off to focus on her family. Staci and her husband have three children who have been born and raised in The Woodlands. The kids keep everyone busy with sports and their interests. As a family they all love to travel, especially on RV trips, spend time at the lake and play games together.

Prior to real estate, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and was Director of Business Development and Customer Service for a Hospital in the Texas Medical Center.

I have a strong sense of community and believe in giving back--I volunteer with several local charities like Judy's Mission and MDAnderson Cancer Center as well as my children's schools and our church.

Originally from the Alvin/Pearland area, I now live in Spring, Texas with my husband, 3 kids and our rescue dog Elmo. When I am not assisting my clients, I enjoy cheering my kids on at their sporting events and boating on Lake Conroe.
