Prior to starting a career in Real Estate, I was a Registered Nurse for many years. My caring and compassionate side certainly helps me in working with my Real Estate clients. I am dedicated to making the process as painless as possible.

I have worked in urban and rural markets, listing and selling property in all pricepoints. My husband and I first moved to The Woodlands in 2008, and I have seen amazing growth and change. I think it is quite possibly the greatest place on earth to live.
I have 2 adult children, and 2 precious grandsons. Life is GOOD!

Kristen Porter graduated from Texas Christian University. She majored in Marketing, Entrepreneurial Management and minored in Spanish with abroad experience in Mexico. Kristen's family has been a member of the community since 1988 and has a love for the area and real estate.

Kristen is a multimillion dollar producer. She is the broker/owner of Parkgate Properties and Certified Negotiation Expert. She is vastly experienced in residential and commercial real estate. This includes luxury homes/properties, waterfront homes, country estates, land, commercial land, commercial buildings, new construction, foreclosures, short sales, investment properties and residential homes.

Kristen's passion is real estate. She loves the process and her main focus is customer service. Each marketing plan is structured differently to target the correct market in a timely manner. Jannelle Marie Flores is native from Puerto Rico, and moved to Houston, Texas in 2014. Since 2017, she has been working as a Real Estate Agent focused on assisting first time home buyers, sellers, investors and families looking to rent a home. Her main responsibility as Real Estate Agent is to listen carefully, provided updated information based on market conditions, write and review forms and contracts, and guide her clients during each step of the transaction. She believes that good communication is an important key to keep the trust in any relationship. With a bachelor's degree in Psychology and master's degree studies in Social Work, Jannelle can relate and understand any situation when it comes to home buying, home selling, investing or leasing a property. She believes that each real estate investment is a big and important commitment that can be challenging but at the same time, can be extremely rewarding. In 2018, she became certified as Real Estate Professional for Veterans Association for Home Ownership under Armed Forces of the United States of America. Growing up in a family business in South Louisiana groomed me for a lifetime career in sales and marketing. Knowing who customers were before understanding who Aunts and Uncles were has allowed me to treat clients like family. Customer service is second nature to me.

Prior to real estate, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and was Director of Business Development and Customer Service for a Hospital in the Texas Medical Center.

I have a strong sense of community and believe in giving back--I volunteer with several local charities like Judy's Mission and MDAnderson Cancer Center as well as my children's schools and our church.

Originally from the Alvin/Pearland area, I now live in Spring, Texas with my husband, 3 kids and our rescue dog Elmo. When I am not assisting my clients, I enjoy cheering my kids on at their sporting events and boating on Lake Conroe.
