Prior to being a Real Estate Agent, I was an experienced principal labor contract negotiator. I know how to negotiate your BEST contract. My family has relocated 5 times in 17 years. From Ohio to Texas, to Massachusetts, to Illinois and back to Texas. I therefore understand the needs and concerns of families relocating to Houston. I am also the author of The Magic Gingerbread House, a children's Christmas book that was published in 2015 by Bright Sky Press. I was honored that our book was chosen United Through Reading to be sent to our deployed soldiers for the 2016 Holiday Season. We have had a very successful holiday season for the book. I am a strong supporter of our military, and volunteer for children and elderly service programs.

I moved to Houston in the mid 90's after serving in the Marines, and I spent the next 25 years working within the International Logistics industry. This gave me the opportunity to work with clients all over the Gulf Coast region, many here in the greater Houston area. While visiting clients I was able to enjoy some exposure to the many different neighborhoods and cultures Houston has to offer. We chose The Woodlands as our home and we raised our son here. Experience has taught me that it is important to enjoy a proper work/life balance. Some of my favorite hobbies include gardening and growing plants/flowers for the native wildlife; golfing at any of the local courses; traveling with my bride to meet new people and see new places; and working with local charity drives such as the Light the Night Walk for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Kate was a four-year starter for the Central Michigan University volleyball team from 2005-2008 where she earned All-conference honors, team MVP and CMU Female Athlete of the Year in 2007. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies and a minor in marketing, Kate moved from Perrysburg, Ohio to Laguna Vista, Texas in 2009 where she worked as the marketing director for a commercial construction company. Kate then moved to Spring, TX and has spent the past six years in medical sales, networking throughout the Houston area. Kate is exuberant in whatever she does and believes her collegiate athletics, experience in medical sales as well as construction marketing have prepared her well for a career in real estate. Kate is passionate and caring, a good listener, able to connect quickly with people, and eager to understand their individual needs. Kate has excellent communication skills, integrity, and will give each client her special attention and efficient hard work. She believes these qualities will propel her to pursue her clients' dreams while also providing a seamless purchase or selling process.

On a personal note, I am originally from Moscow, Russia! I studied in Moscow State Linguistic University. I speak both English and Russian fluently. I enjoy travelling, tasting new foods, making friends, spending my time with my family and 2 boxer dogs. My husband and I have multiple kids we are proud of: 3 College students, 1 - in US Navy for about 6 years, and a couple of them still at Home attending school.
