For 17 years I have seen the rise of the industry, the flourishing economy, the fall of the economy, and all the aspects that affect the market. Terry (Sutaek) Im brings his passion for customer service and over 15 years of hospitality industry experience into the Real Estate Field. Prior to joining the Real Estate industry, Terry had worked at several worldwide luxury hotel brands in Houston, San Francisco, Chicago, and Asia after obtaining his Masters of Science degree in Hospitality Management from University of Houston. Now he is excited to apply his smart approach and true customer service mind to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their home. As a real estate professional, Terry understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client's life. His motto is "Your interest is my priority and genuine customer service is additional."

Emily has called the Houston area home all her life. Growing up in The Woodlands she received her fashion and management degree from The Art Institute of Houston. Immediately after college she went into the commercial restoration business, traveling throughout the United States helping restore condominiums and hotels. It was during her time in the restoration business that she realized her love for real estate. Emily received her license in 2020 and in 2021 joined The Kink Team. Not only is Emily knowledgeable about The Woodlands, she is also very experienced with the Conroe and Montgomery area having lived in both. She has a strong commitment to customer service; with a desire to exceed expectations when working with her clients. Emily values integrity, doing things right the first time and professionalism. Her biggest compliment would be to form lifelong friendships and the desire to manage their real estate needs indefinitely. When Emily is not busy serving her clients, she is spending time with her two beautiful daughters. She enjoys bowling, traveling, and spending time her family and friends.

Jay Mac received his BA in Political Science with an emphasis in Real Estate from Baylor University. After graduation he worked in Washington DC for 2 United States Senators and a Fortune 500 Utility Company in their Federal Governmental Affairs Dept.

I am married to Kristin Lee Sanders, whom I met at Baylor. We live in The Woodlands Village of Panther Creek with our 5 wonderful kids (girl,boy,girl,identical twin boys). I office in the same building with my wife in The Woodlands where she is a Financial Advisor/Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with Ameriprise Financial.

I was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas where my parents recently relocated from to The Woodlands. I loves to play golf (don't get to very often), tennis (really don't get to very often), and most of all spend time with his family doing whatever the kids want to do. The family attends Crossroad Baptist Church where we are involved in Sunday School and the Childrens Program.  We've been blessed to serve our community, church, and school (The Woodlands Christian Academy) in many ways over the years.
