Anissa was born and raised in Texas and has called Houston home since 1995. She graduated from The University of Houston in 1998. She immediately began her career in the field of early childhood education. For 25 years, she helped build an education company, Arts Alive! Inc., that grew to partner with hundreds of schools and organizations in Houston and the surrounding areas.




In 2018, she moved to The Woodlands with her two amazing kids. Living in The Woodlands inspired Anissa to expand her career goals into the world of real estate. Living and working in Houston and The Woodlands gives her a unique insight into the many different neighborhoods and communities across our region. Craig Ritchie is blessed to have the passion to help his clients easily and smoothly sell their homes. Craig is a native Texan and the son of a highly successful real estate broker mother and remodeler/home builder father. After graduating from school, he entered the workforce in the oil industry as a buyer. With his skills in negotiation and determination, he quickly rose through the ranks to the position of purchasing manager of one of Houston's largest oilfield steel fabricators. He used his negotiation skills and hard work ethic to the benefit of his company until his retirement as Refinery Purchasing Manager of a 280,000 barrel per day refinery in the country of Aruba. After accepting an early retirement package, he quickly got tired of watching the grass grow and waiting for the fish to bite. Craig decided to follow in his mother's footsteps and enter the real estate business. Since 2010, he has sold homes for both a national home builder and individuals in the Lake Conroe, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas area. He thoroughly enjoys working with all home buyers and sellers and in particular, first time buyers. What Craig most enjoys is handing over the keys to a first-time homeowner.

Craig Ritchie is members of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He specialize in selling Lake Conroe properties, as well as homes in Montgomery County, San Antonio, and Dallas. Craig always place the needs of their clients first and work hard to maintain high ethical standards in all aspects of their real estate practice.

I attended Texas A&M University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a minor in English. I then received a Master of Education degree from Lamar University. I began my career as a local high school English eacher before transitioning to a school librarian and then real estate agent. As an educator for over 20 years, I am very knowledgeable about local schools and the surrounding school districts. Moving and selling two of my own houses within a six-month period inspired my passion for real estate. This passion, coupled with my knowledge, hard-working spirit, attention to detail, and organizational skills has allowed me to serve The Woodlands residents in the home buying/selling process. I take great pride in being a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker United and providing exceptional service to all my clients. When not helping home buyers/sellers, I spend time with my husband, daughter, and two chihuahuas. My family enjoys traveling and especially loves cruising! I also volunteer with my daughter in The Woodlands community through National Charity League.
