Three Generations of Real Estate ... Some things are just in your blood! My grandparents stressed the importance of owning rental properties with my father, who owned his first rent house at the age of 26. He then encouraged my mother to obtain her real estate license. She became a broker/owner of an agency, managed multiple rentals and served on various boards. Following in her footsteps, I obtained my license in 2007. Initially, I worked part-time while raising two small children. I now work in real estate full-time and enjoy spending time with my husband and children, who are now at Texas A&M. An occasional game of golf, walking to Market Street, visiting family, and traveling help to keep me balanced.

With a strong desire to help people, I enjoy working with sellers as they transition to their next phase in life, as well as assisting buyers or tenants in finding their perfect home and community. Originally from Venezuela, Luvismin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors and volunteers her time with various organizations, including the Kids Ministry at FFC and Schnauzer Rescue of Texas. Luvismin's personal background as an immigrant and military spouse inspired her to pursue a career in real estate.
