Pierre Coppola has recently joined RE/MAX after been associated with another real estate company in The Woodlands. He and his wife Marlene, have lived in the area for 11 years. His parents and one of his brothers also live in The Woodlands. He has two sons in college. Pierre comes from an extensive sales background as a manufacturer's representative for a large sausage company. His real estate expertise is based in large part on the fact that he has been an investor of residential and commercial properties since 1987, both as an owner and a builder. Pierre enjoys working with buyers and sellers and is particularly focused on the purchase and management of investment properties for investors. In his leisure time, Pierre enjoys playing racquetball, making stained glass and doing home improvement projects. He and Marlene tour the hill country on their Harley in the Spring and Fall. Pierre's business philosophy is that it has to be a win-win for any transaction to be successful.

After growing up in The Woodlands, I have been a resident of Montgomery Country for 30 plus combined years; therefore, I know and love this area that I work and call home. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing. I offer 16 years of sales & marketing experience which gives me a sound foundation to work effectively with clients. In real estate, I have qualified for and received my Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation ALHS, and my HRLYPTS designation. I have a great passion for interior design and I enjoy being able to offer assistance in staging and home preparation to my clients. I strongly believe life is about experiences and making memories. As a result, I strive to create the most positive experience for my clients, their needs, and their expectations when working with them. Some of the most important parts of a positive experience in real estate is possessing a strong work ethic with integrity, being a market expert, and providing stellar communication. These are promises I give to clients when working with me. Outside of real estate, I keep busy as a wife and mother of two great kids. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I fill my free time with activities like baseball tournaments, football games, dance, and soccer. I enjoy volunteering for local charities and helping others.

Brooklynn Shepherd is from Conroe, Texas and has a passion for her ever-growing community. She thoroughly enjoys living close to her family and being a Worship Leader at WVT Church in Conroe. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Brooklynn focused on raising her children and investing in real estate. Brooklynn's passion for meeting new individuals and her desire to stay at home with her children led her to embark on a career as a real estate agent. Her experience in investing and flipping homes has provided her with valuable sales skills and a unique insight into the industry. Gary Matt Childs provides genuine leadership and an extensive knowledge of sales and marketing with a proven record of success. As General Manager at Real Property Management Republic, he incorporates the leadership training and sales closing techniques gained from nearly 20 years of experience in the retail sales field to help clients maximize their real estate investments. He brings with him in-depth sales and leadership training. Some of the courses he found most beneficial are: Steve Mulvaney's Executive Development Course, High Impact Leadership provided by the Center for Creative Leadership, and the Dale Carnegie Course. His training as a business leader began at The University of Texas at Tyler where he studied Business Management, while at the same time, worked in a family business which inspired him to become a businessman. These experiences and training combined with determination to be the best in the industry and his desire to lead others to their peak performance position him to lead and succeed at the highest level.

I have a degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M and can share with you an abundance of knowledge with design and the process of home building/construction.
