I have worked several aspects of the real estate industry, but primarily focused on representing residential sellers and buyers. I have a devotion to God and my amazing husband, children and grandchildren. When I'm not helping people find their dream home, I can be found fishing, traveling, or volunteering for a few amazing nonprofit organizations, such as Image Church, Redemption Community Development Corporation(RCDC) and BEAUTY Mentoring. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She moved from Vancouver, Canada to Houston in 2015 now married and is raising twin girls. Lisa values hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service in everything she does. She strongly believes that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability but also to educate them throughout every step of the process so that they can make the best decisions possible. My years in the HR and Finance industry helped me gain skills to provide the best service to my real estate clients. Besides being a happy full-time mom I am also a yoga teacher and love to hike.

Ms. Ballentine has established a remarkable career spanning more than 20 years in executive support services and was the Director of Support Services at one of the largest providers of radiological services in South Texas. She started her professional career in medical services and later pursued her interest in architecture and design by enrolling in the Industrial Design program at The University of Houston, Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design.


While a student of Industrial Design, Ms. Ballentine was elected Vice President of the Industrial Design Student Organization. She was on the design team awarded a UH Grant project, with Corporate Sponsorship through Steelcase, for which she contributed valuable insight to the design and manufacture of workspace solutions. In addition, she was on the design team that included graduate level architecture students awarded a UHGBC Grant Project for Energized Surfaces. That design project was later highlighted in a prominent architecture journal: G. Brune, Market Value Cross-Disciplinary Research at UH Addresses the Sustainability Challenge, Texas Architect Magazine (Spring 2009). Ms. Ballentine's professional training and experience are in business administration, art, architecture and design. With this background, she is well-positioned to assume her current roll as a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent with CB&A Realtors, The Woodlands, Texas.


She is a dedicated professional, but if asked, she would readily tell you that her biggest accomplishment over the years, is her strong family connections to her husband and children.

I am a Houston transplant. I am originally from London, Ontario, Canada. I am both a wife and mother. My husband and I have a daughter and a dog named Scooter, both of whom keep us very busy. My family and I moved to Houston about 6 years ago after living in Asia (Korea, Qatar and Vietnam) for 15 years. I am a very outgoing person and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as camping, canoeing and horseback riding. I am a leader of a local girl scout troop. I enjoy mentoring the girls and teaching them about the great outdoors. I picked up the hobby of marital arts while we were overseas and have been studying various disicplines for over twenty years. I love the dedication and displine involved with martial arts. Before Real Estate I was a high school ESL teacher. It was teaching that took me overseas in the first place. I loved learning different languages, new teaching styles, trying different foods, learning new cultures and making friends from all over the world. I truly treasure the time we spent in Asia.

My interest in Real Estate stems from my life moving from place to place. I understand the stresses that come with buying and selling, learning a new area and trying to get settled. I also understand the importance of home. My teaching background and love of learning helps to keep me up to date and literate on a wide range of real estate topics.
