As a third generation Texan, I carry the pride of the lone-star state on my sleeve. Born in Houston a long, long time ago, I have moved as far north/northeast "Houston" as the Kingwood/Atascocita area in 1995. Then lastly to the Huffman area since 2001 where my 3 children grew up, graduated high school and I'm proud to say, so far, 2 of the three have graduated college. My third one is getting close!

I have begun my first steps as an empty-nester. Like many people, I am trying to decide what to do next, when to do it and how. Do we stay in the big house or move to downsize? What about the grand kids?

I appreciate and understand all of these dilemmas.

On the other hand, having young, adult, employed children and their friends needing their first home, I am involved with the joys, excitement and responsibilities of becoming a first-time home buyer. It's so much fun!

What is my forte in real estate? This question comes up often. I think it's the diversity that comes with all parts of buying and selling your first home, you last home, and/or your in between home. And let's not forget the fun of having your dream home built from the ground up. How could I choose to specialize in one area over the other? After almost 20 years experience, I still like to do it all. Being a Realtor is rewarding and sometimes a little challenging but always worth it.

Having lived in the northern greater Houston area for nearly a decade and raising three children, Prudence has knowledge and experience of the benefits of the market area, schools, dining, shopping, culture, and local hidden gems. Prudence graduated in psychology in 2004 from Arizona State University. She then relocated to Tanzania, Africa to join Vodacom a global telecommunications company. Subsequently after 12 years, she and her family relocated to Houston, and she joined a family law practice as a paralegal. Her motto is, in anything you do, do it with passion, perseverance and optimism. She is active in volunteering with local food pantries, her church and with a national recognized organization, Meals on Wheels.



Prudence utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist with her client's buying and selling needs including stagers, painters, designers, handymen and inspectors. She is very communicative, thorough, and detailed - oriented she'll be alongside you every step of the way.

Raised in The Woodlands, Teresa Sartin is the Team Lead of the Sartin Team. Prior to starting her real estate career, Teresa owned and operated her own business for 20 years. She has been a resident of Montgomery County for over 45 years, by therefore she is familiar with The Woodlands, North Houston, Spring, Conroe, and surrounding areas. As born leader and entrepreneur, Teresa's quaint dreams of being a realtor, quickly transgressed into leading a one of the top award-winning teams at Keller Williams Realty, The Woodlands and Magnolia. When she is not guiding her team to success, Teresa serves on the Associate Leadership Council where she has served on every committee including Culture, Technology, and others. In 2020, Teresa received the Cultural Ambassador Award for the Texas South Region. The Cultural Ambassador is recognition for meeting a higher level of responsibility, a deeper sense of caring, a more selfless attitude of sharing, and for living a life that is purpose driven. Teresa also cofounded and president of the non-profit organization Wilona Dyson Charitable Foundation. Named for Wilona Dyson, founder of The Woodlands Market Center 22, the foundation exists to support the local real estate community in sudden hardship emergencies as well as raising funds for local charities and community outreach. She serves as committee chair the for the foundation's annual Talent Show and other fund-raising events. Born and raised in the small town of New Iberia, Louisiana. Later graduated from college with a associates degree in computer networking. Went on to a 20 year career in the oil and gas industry. Now helping people with all their real estate needs with the ethical values they deserve.

Kate was a four-year starter for the Central Michigan University volleyball team from 2005-2008 where she earned All-conference honors, team MVP and CMU Female Athlete of the Year in 2007. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies and a minor in marketing, Kate moved from Perrysburg, Ohio to Laguna Vista, Texas in 2009 where she worked as the marketing director for a commercial construction company. Kate then moved to Spring, TX and has spent the past six years in medical sales, networking throughout the Houston area. Kate is exuberant in whatever she does and believes her collegiate athletics, experience in medical sales as well as construction marketing have prepared her well for a career in real estate. Kate is passionate and caring, a good listener, able to connect quickly with people, and eager to understand their individual needs. Kate has excellent communication skills, integrity, and will give each client her special attention and efficient hard work. She believes these qualities will propel her to pursue her clients' dreams while also providing a seamless purchase or selling process.
