My wife Kelly and I live in the Klein area with our three boys. In our free time you will likely find us outside with neighbors, attending church at Faithbridge, volunteering at school, and watching our boys play sports at The Farm League.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas. Tammy LaMarr is an expert on the city and all the wonderful amenities and prospects it has to offer. She is an avid supporter of her community with an entrepreneurial background and a love of creating opportunities for others. Her commitment to service is unwavering and she feels honored to help those around her bring their real estate dreams to life. Prior to real estate, Tammy worked in the dance industry as Instructor, Choreographer and Business Owner, which helped build the foundation for her entrepreneurial interests. In addition to her success as an entrepreneur, Tammy also excelled during her time in the oil and gas industry with Halliburton, while holding titles as Training and Development Coordinator and HRD Competency and Development Specialist. Her work in Global Technical Development, CRM Systems, Global Training, Entrepreneurship enabled her to work one on one with a wide range of talent daily in a multitude of ways through sales, marketing, and customer service. While she enjoyed great success both as a business owner and in corporate world, she felt that her outgoing personality, longevity in the community, and deep knowledge of the area would make her an excellent realtor; something she'd always had an interest in. She took a leap of faith, earned her real estate license, and hit the ground running! Originally from Tulsa, Leslie Nicholls is the daughter of a world respected Orthodontist/Inventor and his wife, a renowned Interior Designer and Restauranteur. Heavily influence by their accomplishments, Leslie followed her dreams by starting an International Orthodontic Laboratory at the age of 21.

She traveled the country and world teaching Orthodontists how to use her patented technique. Influenced by her parents, she had always had a love for Design. Growing up, many of their family homes were featured in Bon Appetit, Country Home and Garden, Better Homes and Gardens, Southern Living, and Oklahoma Home and Garden.

After 8 years in Orthodontics, Leslie sold her Lab and moved to Aspen, CO where she was the Design Coordinator and Business Administrator for a top Interior Designer. She went on to study Interior Design at Guildhall University's School of Design in England. After a few years in the Design World, she was accepted to UMKC School of Dentistry where she was the Vice President of her Dental Class.

In 1997, her husband was relocated, and they moved to Ft. Lauderdale, where she became a Realtor and worked for the top boutique Real Estate firm in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale. After honing her skills in one of the toughest international/Vacation markets in the country, she moved to Houston, where she has lived for the past 16 years. Leslie knows Houston! Leslie has always had a thirst for knowledge and a desire to be the best at everything that she endeavors. She strives for perfection in all things and has a strong work ethic, which she has used extensively in her 21-year career in Real Estate. She has been a Top Producer many times in her career, awarded Hall of Fame and Most Outgoing Referrals.

Because of her hands-on approach and tenacity to help all of her clients achieve their goals, she exceeds expectations. Her skills in Corporate, Design and Real Estate allow her to offer her clients a higher level of service. She often stages Seller's homes so that they obtain the maximum price in the least amount of time. With Buyers, she listens intently to their wants and needs and helps them find the perfect match for their dreams. She also helps them to see beyond the walls of homes needing changes, that might not otherwise be considered. She is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist and Real Estate Negotiations Expert. These two Certifications have provided a dramatic benefit to her Buyers and Sellers.

A lifelong Equestrian, she loves spending time with her horse, Farandole. Because of her background in the Hunter/Jumper world, she knows and loves to sell horse property. A love of Art, which she started at age 4, trained her mind to see things with dimension and depth. Leslie turned her artistic expression to music when she was 30 and went on to be a Vocalist/Soloist in the Spanish Choir at her church. She was a member of the Kansas City Songwriters Circle and founded the Ft. Lauderdale Songwriters Circle, which helped many young and old musicians find the courage to write and perform in front of people. Leslie and her husband have 5 kids, 4 have graduated and the last one is in college.

I first fell in love with real estate at a young age, having been exposed to its intricacies by my Dad and Papa, renovating houses, turning them into homes, finding the perfect fit for a family - from beginning to end. I grew to be fascinated with the nuances of the process, each project taking on a whole new yet distinctive direction.
