Paola Ladewig was born and raised in Colombia, moved to Dallas-Fort Worth in 2001 and then to The Woodlands in 2013. She attended The University of Phoenix and earned a degree in Business Management, and her skills in Marketing give her a unique insight into how to find the best deals and market properties to serve real estate buyers and sellers. She comes from a background of 11 years working with top producer Real Estate agents as Transaction Coordination bringing her skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to clients.

Paola entered the Real Estate world in order to help agents to meet their goals and now as an agent, she wants to meet new people and help them accomplish home ownership. Her work ethic and honesty have helped her meet wonderful people throughout the years and create long lasting relationships, motivating her to keep working hard, give it all to her business and her clients.

Paola is married and has 2 children, who she loves spending her free time with. Her family is her number one motivation to work helping others achieves the American dream of owning a home.

A local native with deep roots in The Woodlands, Jennifer is familiar with Greater Houston and brings deep knowledge of properties, trends, neighborhoods, school districts and community amenities that add charm and value to each home.

Jennifer serves on the board of Rotary House, a housing program for out-of-town families and patients receiving extended treatment at area hospitals. She and her husband, Mike, serve on the Parent Committee of YoungLife, and they are active at The Woodlands Methodist Church.

Jennifer attended Klein HS in Houston. She holds a bachelor's degree from TCU and a graduate degree from Duke University.

Jennifer and Mike have two sons and a daughter-in-law. Sam and Sarah are graduates of Texas A&M University and live in Houston. Kyle attended The Woodlands HS and is currently studying at Oklahoma State University.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, watching sports, tailgating and connecting with friends over a great meal.
