Scott is a 35-year veteran of the building industry and has served for many years on the Boards of Directors in multiple builders associations at the local, state, and national levels.
His extensive experience in the building industry, on thousands of new home job sites, provides home sellers and home buyers with detailed information about what building materials were used, and which building codes applied when the homes under consideration were constructed. That precise industry knowledge will greatly help market homes to be sold, to maximize the sales price, and help home buyers make the wisest purchasing decisions, which best represent them and their interests. Scott trained builders and contractors how to install products to be code-compliant. He knows what to look for to obtain the maximum value for, and best represent, home sellers and home buyers.
Home sellers can rely on Scott's vast knowledge to properly market their homes for sale, include unique, persuasive information, and obtain the maximum benefit for the seller. Whether the home buyers are looking for a new home or an existing home, Scott's expertise and sage advice can help them make the best purchasing decisions.
He is a Former Director on the Boards for both the National Association of Home Builders and the Texas Association of Builders, and is a Former Director on the Boards of the Greater Houston Builders Association, the Bay Area Builders Association, the Galveston Area Builders and Remodelers Association, the GHBA Remodelers Council, and the GHBA Sales and Marketing Council. In addition, Scott has chaired numerous committees on the National, State, and Local levels and participates in Congressional visits in Washington, D.C. and Austin, Texas.
His professional background includes experience as an entrepreneur, management consultant, inventor, professional development trainer, coach, and mentor.
Scott was inducted into the National Association of Home Builders Society of Honored Associates for 2008, where there were only 99 inductees, throughout the United States, over the previous 26 years. In addition, he was awarded the Greater Houston Builders Association Associate of the Year in 2002 and represented the entire State of Texas as the Nominee for the National Association of Home Builders Associate of the Year in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2013.

With a family background in architecture and construction, real estate was a natural career path for Meghan Tompkins. Prior to her start in real estate, Meghan worked for the Houston commercial construction company Miner Dederick and then served as a Manager for the Construction Department at the Lone Star College District Office. In addition, she has 9 years of investment and property management experience and 18 years of International Corporate HR and Recruiting Management experience in the Oil & Gas industry. As a native to The Woodlands, Texas, Kalli offers a wealth of knowledge of the local area. After graduating The Woodlands High-school, Kalli moved to Long Beach, California to earn her Bachelors of Sceince degree in Geology. Shortly after, Kalli returned to North Housont and decided to get her real estate license, as she had an interest in the local market and helping others. She is keen on paying close attention to detail and finds joy in helping her clients find thier dream home! Kalli is a mom to a beautiful toddler dauter and enjoys working out in her free time.
