Klaus, at the age of 18, initiated his career in real estate by becoming a licensed Texas Real Estate Realtor in the Houston-metropolitan area in 2000. Continuing my family's tradition of service, I joined the Marine Corps in Oklahoma City and proudly served four years. After receiving an honorable discharge, I chose to make Houston home where I raised a family, had a successful career in IT and served in various volunteer position including BSA, YMCA and my church. Life in Houston has been good to me!

During my IT career I worked with IBM helping debug software and co-authoring technical manuals for IBM's International Technical Support Organization. I have also worked with Motorola to implement computer systems found in many police and utility vehicles. Later in my career I specialized in the recovery and moving of many large data centers across the USA. These experiences have helped me develop excellent communications skills and a strong attention to detail.
