After being a Branch Manager in the automotive industry for over 12 years, she wanted a new career path. Oddly enough, she started taking real estate classes some years ago, so she decided to go back and finish what she started and pursue her love for real estate! With both of her parents being top loan officers in the banking industry, real estate has always been a part of her life. Her love for making people happy, comfortable (and laugh) is just the beginning of her dedication to her clients. She strives to be the best Realtor for her clients as well as a friend. I knew exactly what I wanted to do by the age of 14, help people. Now at 19 I have been given the opportunity to work with people to sell, buy, and lease homes. For the past 2 years I have worked tirelessly to understand the entire real estate process so that I could provide value to those who need it. Not only have I taken the required courses and passed every mandatory exam to become a real estate agent at the age of 18, but I have also taken extensive advanced training to make sure that I am equipped with the tools to not only make the real estate process easy, but to make it enjoyable for my clients. I am very well versed in the home selling process as well as the home buying process. While in high school I spent my 4 years studying business and communications while even becoming captain of my schools debate team. I now attend college part time and I am majoring in Business and negotiations. All that I do, I do for my business and the people that my business helps.

I am a real estate agent committed to help you find your next home, not just a house. I am South African by birth and American by choice. We moved in 2001 and I decided to put my career on hold and become a full time mother. We had two children when we decided to adopt another child - giving me 3 mommy degrees (a.k.a children) and 2 legal degrees. When the kids were old enough I re-entered the job market as a substitute teacher. When we relocated from Colorado to Houston in 2018 I decided to pursue a career in real estate .

Vicki Fincher Brown’s roots run deep in Houston – a plus for potential home buyers and sellers in the northern part of the city and in the Tomball area. A Realtor with a 57-year living history in Houston and a 22-year career as an interior designer, Vicki understands what constitutes an ideal suburb and home.

A lifelong business owner, Vicki brings her formula for success to each client, which includes hard work, focused attention and unwavering loyalty. She describes herself as grounded, conscientious, sensitive, eager and feisty (as needed). Vicki’s work ethic and customer service are deeply shaped by an entrepreneurial father who owned auto businesses, a community-minded mother for whom the Pearl Fincher Museum of Art is named, and a public-spirited sister who serves as the Texas State Representative for Champions area District 126.

One of nine children in such an active and close knit family (which has now grown to an extended family of 117), Vicki takes great pride in the acheivements of her immediate family that includes her husband of 40 years, their three children and 11 grandchildren. She also counts among her personal achievements her return to college at age 30 and earning a real estate license.

Possessed of a very charitable heart, Vicki likes to cook not only for her family but for others, particularly for those in need, or friends who are alone and have no children. Vicki is also active in a number of civic and charitable organizations, including The Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts, Northwest Assistance Ministries, The Centrum and the Northwest Forest Republican Women’s Club.
