One of nine children in such an active and close knit family (which has now grown to an extended family of 117), Vicki takes great pride in the acheivements of her immediate family that includes her husband of 40 years, their three children and 11 grandchildren. She also counts among her personal achievements her return to college at age 30 and earning a real estate license.

Possessed of a very charitable heart, Vicki likes to cook not only for her family but for others, particularly for those in need, or friends who are alone and have no children.
