Steve Phillips is best known for his professionalism and enthusiasm to be one of the best service providers in real estate. Born in Newcastle-Under-lyme, England, famous as the home of Wedgewood pottery, Steve began his career in electrical engineering in 1979 and graduated in Electrical Engineering and Business and Finance. Engineering gave him many opportunities to work closely with customers and build long-lasting relationships through his problem-solving skills and proven high success results. In 2003 Steve relocated to the United States, where he continued to build his reputation as a 'go to guy' for providing customer solutions. It was always a dream for Steve to live in America. Steve lived in Louisiana, California, Washington State, and Alabama, before he finally moved to the Houston Texas region in 2013. A career in real estate has always been Steve's passion. His desire to help customers and use his renowned problem-solving skills made it a very easy transition from his engineering career supporting customers worldwide. In Steve's first year in real estate he was Rookie of the year and through great client reviews has maintained a 5-star HAR Platinum agent status. Married with 4 children, 3 stepchildren, 11 grandchildren and an English bulldog called Cotton. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a BSEd in Psychology and Biology, I taught school for eight years in the Klein School District. Additionally, I became a published writer and business owner. However, during this time I discovered my true ambition while acting as a contractor for my first home that I built in the Champion Forest area. This started my career in the housing industry, and I soon started buying, remodeling, staging, and selling home after home. My true passion turned into my career as a realtor, and the rest is history. I bring my knowledge of the area, remodeling, buying, selling, staging, writing, and marketing to my real estate business.

I am a lifelong resident of Houston and surrounding areas. I have lived, bought and sold anywhere from Lake Conroe to Bellaire. This experience gives me extensive knowledge of our vast area. Amassing sales of almost a quarter of a billion dollars to date, Marilyn Carson's real estate career began in 1997 as the first agent to join Beth Ferester's new mentor program launched at Ferester & Company in Houston, Texas. Learning from the best, Marilyn quickly went on to receive numerous awards and accolades including the Top 100 Realtors in Houston, top listing agent in Houston's major master planned community, Gleannloch Farms, as well as the Greater Houston Builder's Association Realtor of the Year. In 2020 her first full year back in The Woodlands, Marilyn was among the top 3 agents at the company and in 2021 she rose to the companies top producing agent. Marilyn and her husband reside in Creekside Park in The Woodlands, TX. Marilyn has two fantastic children and through all of her success is most proud to be GiGi to her grandsons Colin and Liam. Marilyn graduated from St. Agnes Academy in Houston, Texas before attending The University of Texas and later graduating from the University of Houston with a BA in Advertising where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity.
