Kathleen McNamara offers over twenty years of experience to home buyers and sellers. She specializes in Houston’s most distinctive inner loop neighborhoods including the Heights, but works successfully with buyers and sellers all over the Houston area. Her track record includes being a top producer and Kathleen provides uncommon expertise in resales, new construction and town homes.

Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Science degree from S.M.U., and spent ten years working with major financial investment firms. Her background is well-suited to the intricate and very serious financial aspects of residential real estate.
When she is not serving her real estate customers and clients, Kathleen devotes time to her community. She participates in Meals on Wheels, and served as Vice president of the Norhill Civic Association.

Houston area born and raised, I have extensive knowledge of the area and am passionate about using my industrial sales background and negotiating skills to get clients into homes they love! I have an engineering degree from Texas A&M and began my career in the oil & gas industry where I worked to improve processes and efficiency. I was quickly promoted into Production Management where I led a team of 35. I eventually transitioned into a technical sales role. Through customer focus, relationship building and consistently working to provide new solutions I was able to help my customers navigate challenging issues to save money and meet their individual business objectives. It was not unusual to have an industrial customer call you in the middle of the night needing assistance and I will bring that same level of dedication to my real estate customers whenever they need it. Buying my first home was an incredible experience and I would love to apply my unique sales experience and customer commitment to help people find their own dream home!
