Greg Holcombe is a licensed professional realtor whose goal is to provide customer service that is worthy of your trust. His expertise include buying or selling homes, farms, ranches, commercial properties, as well as representing developers, investors and tenants in a wide variety of real estate transactions across Texas.

He is a knowledgeable, personable, efficient and economically responsible agent with solutions to each client's real estate needs. Greg has nearly 30 years experience in a combination of homebuilding and real estate transactions, which include custom building, residential sales, project analysis, foreclosures/rehab projects, historic renovation, ranch/agriculture, site selection, design and development, leasing/property management and construction.

His sales experience consists of family homes, 3000 acre operating ranches, urban horse farms, estates, free-standing retail, new construction custom family homes, small shopping centers, office buildings, a variety of commercial/industrial properties, waterfront homes, and multi-family housing.

Greg is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Texas Association of Realtors. Knowing that economic development is important to our growing community, Greg holds a position on the advisory board and is also a founder of the Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce. He also holds the county judge appointed position of President for the Emergency Service District Montgomery County #3 Board.

Along with the committees he serves on, he also devotes time volunteering for several 501c3 organizations. The first being Texans United For Freedom (TUFF), which benefits veterans and their families. Greg serves as President and one of the original founding members. The second volunteer organization is the Montgomery County Fair Association which is a scholarship program for students with or without fair projects. After continuous years of volunteer service the fair association has awarded him with the status of being a Lifetime Member.

Holly Land grew up on a ranch in Crockett, TX and attended UT, Austin. She left Texas after college and traveled all around the United States holding supervisory positions with several specialty clothing concerns. Eventually settling into the Delaware Valley, home improvement and home design became Holly's passions and the focus of her career. She established a successful contracting company that specialized in custom kitchens and bath remodels. Holly expanded on this success by opening a stone and tile company as well. Building on her expertise in residential improvement and home furnishing, Holly became a licensed Realtor in both Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Holly moved back to Texas in August of 2016 to The Woodlands to be closer to aging relatives. "I chose the Woodlands for many reasons: the outdoor greenery, the hike and bike trails, and all the convenience that comes along with living in a planned community." Holly calls Magnolia home with her husband Brian and daughter Averie. Holly grew up in Montgomery County and was raised in the increasingly popular community of Willis.

My experience hasn't always been in real estate. However, with a lengthy customer service background as well as managing a busy family it has allowed me to hone my skills. Multi-tasking, communication, negotiating, being the calm in the storm are some of my strong suits but I am most proud of the relationships I build.

I wasn't born in Texas (nor the North Pole) but as the adage goes, I got here as fast as I could. After marrying a United States Marine, we moved our family to the Montgomery County area in 1997 and didn't look back. God bless Texas!
