My daughter and I have lived in the Magnolia community for the last 13 years. We fell in love with the Magnolia area the first time we drove through and couldn't wait to purchase a home here. What a great decision! I have been in real estate as long as I can remember in one way or another. I have been designing and decorating homes for over 20 years. I chose to stop teaching and began my dream of purchasing and remodeling homes. Some we rented and some we flipped. I then decided to attend appraisal school to further my knowledge of the real estate market. Although I never became an appraiser, the knowledge and tools I gained have helped me navigate through the market with pricing and where money spent can be most beneficial. I began designing remodels and found so much joy in this. I continue to do this as I love to find new life in a home that has been left behind in the current market- a diamond in the rough. Remove a wall, update a kitchen and bath, add a patio, and you have this beautiful updated home nestled on a lot you could never purchase otherwise. I became a certified home stager in the next few years so I could add more knowledge to my love of all things real estate. Moving furniture around, adding a few new pieces of decor and putting finishing touches on a home can make all the difference in how someone sees your most loved and valuable asset. Making someone's home look its absolute best gives me great joy!I have extensive knowledge in construction and can help my clients see changes that can be made when they love a home but have concerns about some the features or lack of. I have been called in by realtors to help their clients see what changes could be made to see if they could be happy in a home they are considering. I have also assisted family's who have decided on new construction. I review plans, suggest changes and work with the architect to make the changes as well as help in the design center choosing finishes.

A little about myself...I am a life-long resident of the Magnolia area and have been married since 1983. We were Blessed with two boys, our oldest graduated from Magnolia High and is now a corporate pilot and is married with three children of his own. Our youngest son passed away at the age of 8 due to complications of congenital heart and lung defects. My family, friends, and I held an annual toy drive in honor of Dillon, from 1999 to 2016, collecting enough toys every year to pass out to every child at Texas Children's Hospital. We are now supporting our local charity, Intercept, which helps needy families and senior citizens of the area with needed supplies and gifts.

I began my real estate career many years ago as office staff for a top local real estate company, before deciding to get my license in 2003. I then practiced real estate during my first 8 years as part of a very successful team. That experience prepared me with the confidence and knowledge needed to go out on my own in 2011. I have had the privilege of working with many buyers and sellers in all price ranges, from $20,000 to $3,000,000. Although I have been in this business for many years, I will not become complacent. Holly Land grew up on a ranch in Crockett, TX and attended UT, Austin. She left Texas after college and traveled all around the United States holding supervisory positions with several specialty clothing concerns. Eventually settling into the Delaware Valley, home improvement and home design became Holly's passions and the focus of her career. She established a successful contracting company that specialized in custom kitchens and bath remodels. Holly expanded on this success by opening a stone and tile company as well.
